At Alaya Verde we love food and we love preparing meals to the unique preferences of our guests. When you book a 3 course dinner we contact you to find out what you like and then we create a meal plan around that.

We place an emphasis on high quality produce and on what can be sourced locally, which includes our garden. We also cater to dietary requirements of all kinds. We aim to offer a balance of good service and guest privacy during dinner service. Typically dinner is served in the gazebo overlooking the pool and gardens. Guests supply any alcoholic beverages they wish to consume during dinner.
