Private resort style living on exclusive Cooloola Hill, which is the hill up behind Noosa Junction. The designer has created a sun-soaked house and decks which fully capture the perfect north facing orientation. The high ceiling and windows fill the house with natural light. This house has got it all! Stay with us, where a fair price is just the beginning!

Our modern 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is surrounded by tropical gardens, four outdoor verandas and tropical pool. This double level residence sleeps 8 comfortably. (We can sleep up to 11 without any problems really by arrangement.)

Delightful Family Stay – Walking distance to Sunday’s Farmers Markets

Only a 5 minute walk to Noosa Junction. Being opposite to Weyba Estuary you can also walk to Webya bridge for fishing, or an easy stroll straight from the front path to the Noosa Farmers Market on Sunday morning.

Fish, swim or surf on the nearby sandy beaches. Off street parking is available. Minimum stay two nights. Monthly stays can be negotiated.

The accommodation selection at Alaya Verde consists of two luxury private pavilion rooms, each with a clean contemporary style, and private open patios overlooking the properties extensive grounds and wildlife.

Each private suite is individually designed with comfortable attractive furnishings and décor. The bathroom in the Gold Suite has an outdoor bath area with a single spa bath with a view to the stars and moon.

The Alaya Verde Suites enjoy a rich hinterland Wildlife Environ.

Many mornings can be spent laying in bed whilst watching kangaroos directly off your patio. Nestled among secluded native subtropic forest gardens is our private walking tracks, which if taken lead to quiet sanctuaries designed for contemplation of nature.
